HELP!!!

GUESS WHAT!!! I am back to the blogging world! But there is one minor issue, I have no idea how to do the layout and stuff. As you can tell by my picture and title! So that means, I need some help! How do I change the color of my fonts, and make my picture and title smaller! I can't wait to start blogging again and having some what of an "online journal!" So if anyone even reads this you will be an absolute ANGEL if you can help me out!! :) I will leave you with this picture of my pup who makes me soo stinking happy! I just love my pixi doodle! :)
